Customer Experience Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled C Customer Experience Architect to join our team at Experian. This role involves designing and implementing customer-centric solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities- Identify opportunities to improve existing methodology and develop plans to implement change.
- Collaborate with internal groups to design and implement customer-centric solutions.
- Monitor and report ticket progress and communicate status with team members and end users within client expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing or Agency setting.
- Technical Bachelor's degree or Marketing degree in progress or complete.
- Strong PC skills in MS Office.
- Experience in Smart Automation Technologies (RPA, RDA, Chatbot, Power Apps, etc.).
