Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RainFocus Architect to join our Digital Experience Platform Organization (DXP). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing workflows for digital and in-person events, working closely with strategic events teams on event planning, and providing tactical recommendations on event management, virtual / in-person experiences, and driving personalized journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Design digital event management platforms and workflows
  • Collaborate with events teams on event planning and execution
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on event performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience managing events and working on event management platforms
  • Strong quantitative background and proficiency in Excel
  • Solid understanding of Rainfocus API's, widgets, and workflows
  • Familiarity with AEM or other Content management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High capacity for problem-solving and passion for learning new technologies
  • Comfort with business analytics and producing data-driven insights
