**Responsibilities:**
- Owning customer success from onboarding to post-implementation support.
- Developing and executing customized onboarding plans that meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of implementation projects.
- Communicating effectively with customers to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Providing ongoing support and training to ensure customers get the most out of our platform.
**Requirements:**
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
