**Customer Success Lead Opportunity**

Kareo is an equal opportunity employer committed to helping our customers succeed. We're seeking a Customer Success Lead to join our team and drive customer success through effective onboarding and implementation strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Owning customer success from onboarding to post-implementation support.
  • Developing and executing customized onboarding plans that meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of implementation projects.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Providing ongoing support and training to ensure customers get the most out of our platform.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
