At Wrike, we're seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS PROFESSIONAL to partner with our customers and help them achieve their business objectives. As a Customer Success Professional, you will be responsible for driving account growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive revenue growth and customer success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to customers on how to maximize the value of Wrike
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to drive additional revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
