We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Customer Success Enablement Specialist to join our Customer Success team at Equifax. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, managing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and adoption
  • Manage and coordinate the launch and enablement of new processes and tools for the customer success team
  • Establish and maintain metrics to monitor and report on customer adoption and satisfaction
  • Partner with customer success managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence
  • 2+ years of experience in project management driving initiatives end-to-end in an IT industry
  • English Proficiency B2+ or higher
