Customer Success Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our Customer Success team at Equifax. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, managing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the launch and enablement of new processes and tools for the customer success team
- Establish and maintain metrics to monitor and report on customer adoption and satisfaction
- Partner with customer success managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Provide operational support for customer success managers and ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence
- 2+ years of experience in project management driving initiatives end-to-end in an IT industry
- English Proficiency B2+ or higher
