Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced system administrator to join our team as a Salesforce Systems Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and administering various customer success technologies, including Salesforce, Gainsight, and NiceInContact. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, testing, and iterating workflows in these systems to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Salesforce, Gainsight, and NiceInContact configurations to support customer success operations
  • Design and develop custom workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to system performance and data integrity
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve system administration skills
