We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues from incoming internal or external businesses and end users.

**Responsibilities:**

- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries via telephone and e-support

- Articulate case summaries, resolutions, and add to Knowledge Management System (KMS)

- Engage team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end user SLA demands are met

**Education and Experience Required:**

- High School diploma or equivalent required

- 0-1 year experience in relevant technologies and customer environments

**Knowledge and Skills:**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment
