We're looking for a Part-Time Support Specialist who can provide exceptional customer service and education about our services and policies. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work logically and independently, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries, providing education about our services, and documenting customer issues. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in special projects and collaborate with your team to achieve our goals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need advanced English language skills, excellent customer service skills, and strong conflict resolution skills. You should also be proficient in MS Office and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
