Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in a client-facing role and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and display collaborative customer service and/or relationship building expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes and meet SLA's and data quality expectations.
- Participate in scrum meetings to review escalations, priority cases, and blockers that limit assigned duties.
- Elevate issues to senior team members while owning overall client resolution.
- Sustain outreach for data furnishers triggering data monitoring activities and escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven success in a client-facing role with ability to read audiences and modify talk tracks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with ability to identify and address client issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with eagerness to take on challenging projects and proactively ask questions when necessary.
- Sound judgment and critical thinking on highly sensitive assignments, conducted with highest level of integrity.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills with keen attention to detail.
