Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new data furnishers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data while meeting SLAs
  • Evaluate complex situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve client issues
  • Prioritize and manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, modifying talk tracks as needed to address data reporting objections
About You

If you have a strong background in client-facing roles, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Please note that preferred qualifications include experience with SQL language, process management, project tracking, API technology, data aggregation, and data ingestion methods.
