**Your Role at ServiceNow**

We're looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Customer Success Advocates. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our products.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as an advocate for our customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and challenges. You'll use your expertise and knowledge of ServiceNow's products to develop and implement tailored plans that meet our customers' specific requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized plans to meet customer needs and goals
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increase footprint
  • Provide proactive guidance and support to customers to ensure they get the most out of our products
  • Identify and resolve escalated client issues quickly using resources from across the company ecosystem

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
