We are looking for a Proactive Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team in HPE Pointnext. This critical role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can identify and address potential IT service disruptions before they occur.
About the Job:
As a Proactive Incident Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing customer IT infrastructure data to predict and prevent potential issues.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer IT infrastructure data to identify potential service disruptions
- Analyze data to develop predictive models and recommendations for preventive actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommended actions and ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT service delivery, preferably in a proactive incident resolution role
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
