At Equifax, we're seeking a Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Dispute Resolution Team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely project completion.

We're looking for someone who is fluent in both oral and written French (B2+/C1 level) and has excellent communication skills. Your ability to collaborate with peers and other departments will be crucial in determining project requirements and providing accurate information to customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in call center environments and possess strong problem-solving skills. You'll be responsible for resolving consumer issues, initiating research, and maintaining accurate client and project information.
