We are looking for a Customer Service Training Specialist to join our team at Equifax. As a Customer Service Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing training to new hires in customer service processes. This includes providing standard operating procedures and manuals, as well as any tools required to accomplish training.

You will assess knowledge among trainees and communicate results to all parties involved. You will also oversee the maintenance of up-to-date documentation, plan and coordinate process flows for new associates, and hold calibration meetings with Business Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Team Leads, and Supervisors on any modifications to processes.

The successful candidate will have experience in QA and operational targets, specifically Service Level, QA, Occupancy, and Utilization. They will also possess English language proficiency at level B2 or higher, and/or French language proficiency at level B2 or higher. Previous teaching experience is a plus.
