Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving problems efficiently. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in customer service and teamwork-oriented environments.
  • Ability to work prime, night shifts, and/or weekends.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and create documentation.
  • University studies in systems, informatics engineering, business administration, or related working experience.
  • Portuguese intermediate/advance language proficiency.
  • English and Spanish language skills.
