We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Specialist I to join our team at Sgf Global.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and meeting sales targets.
You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and escalate to senior staff as needed
- Meet sales targets and develop strategies to improve sales performance
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Portuguese and/or French an asset
- Knowledge of CRM software
