Job Overview

The Service Desk Trainer/QA at Auxis plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of service delivery by our teams. As a key member of our Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for evaluating, creating, and preparing all training needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate new hire training programs and support ongoing training initiatives.
  • Evaluate employees with tests after each training or client review.
  • Analyze and evaluate center training needs to develop, modify, or improve existing training programs, materials, and curricula.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge-based with all training material for analysts to access.
  • Work actively with clients and management to ensure effective implementation and communication of training strategies.
  • Create and deliver a positive classroom training environment.
  • Support Operations in any duties necessary.
