Infotree Global Solutions is seeking an IT Service Desk Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide expert-level technical assistance to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support, knowledge management, and ITIL incident tracking. They should also have experience working with a variety of Microsoft products, including MS Office 2016, O365, SCCM, Azure, Exchange, Server 2008-2016, Windows 7 - 10, etc.
You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve client issues and improve our support processes. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support and service.
We require the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in help desk/service desk support or 1 year of call center experience
- Strong understanding of Desktop Support, Knowledge Management, and ITIL Incident tracking
- Experience with Microsoft products, including MS Office 2016, O365, SCCM, Azure, Exchange, Server 2008-2016, Windows 7 - 10, etc.
- Basic troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with VPN and remote access, Citrix, thin clients, VMWare or equivalent
- Support for File-Xchange, Bomgar, Remote Desktop, Symantec VIP, Cisco IP
- Proficiency in English and French
