We are looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to join our team at Equifax.
The successful candidate will provide level 1 and level 2 end-user software and hardware support for our Costa Rica Shared Service Center.
The role involves identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in computer hardware and software, installing and upgrading hardware and software, and providing complete assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end-user systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document requests, incidents, and user queries, and monitor solution processes
- Providing one-on-one assistance to end-users regarding technical flaws via phone, mail, or in-person
- Resolving network-related issues like local area connection problems, network access, mails, internet, dial-ins, etc.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / Technical High School Graduate
- Fluent in English skills both oral and written (B2 / C1)
- Technical Support Technician certification or similar
- Experience with a variety of audio, visual, and multi-media equipment required
