Help Desk Technician Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document and track incidents using ticketing systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or help desk environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and Windows operating systems
