**Job Overview**
We're seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Experian. As a Help Desk Technician, you'll play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers and colleagues.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide after-hours on-call support and technical assistance to peers
- Handle escalated issues and participate in conference calls with internal and external clients
- Make recommendations for process improvements and technology changes within the department
- Assist with training and cross-training of newly hired technicians
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in technical support
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, and advanced English language abilities
