About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Remote Help Desk Technician to join our team at Equifax. In this role, you will provide remote technical support to internal associates for their Windows and Mac laptops, printers, mobile phones, and other devices.

Key Responsibilities

">

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers, working on tickets from the Self-Service portal, recording technical issues and solutions via ticketing system in Service Now, and collaborating to create troubleshooting documentation and runbooks.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent communication and customer service skills, a working knowledge of Win 10, macOS 10.12-10.14, iOS, Android, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
