About the Role

This permanent home-based role in Costa Rica offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for providing Tier 1 support, managing tickets, and establishing effective lines of communication with end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Manage multiple priorities and track activities and tasks
  • Collaborate with Systems Administrators, Manager, and Director on specific project tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a technology support organization
