The Role
We're seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team in Costa Rica. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide critical support to our clients, handle escalated issues, and participate in conference calls. You will also assist with training and recommend process improvements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide after-hours on-call support and second-level technical support to peers
- Handle escalated issues assigned by department Manager, Supervisor, or Lead
- Participate in conference calls with internal and external clients
- Makes recommendations for process improvements and technology changes within the department
- Assist with training and/or cross-training of newly hired technicians
