About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Client Support Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing Targeting support desk requests, working closely with customers, sales, and internal groups to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs, communicate with internal teams to complete requests, and close tickets in a timely fashion.
- Manage tickets from inception to resolution, foresee challenges, clarify customer needs, and provide status updates.
- Set up new ST accounts, billing needs, prioritize steps when necessary, and monitor ticket resolution.
- Consult with internal groups to ensure complete ticket resolution and provide consultation to incorporate needed solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing or Agency preferred.
- Technical Bachelor's degree or Marketing degree in progress or complete.
- Strong PC skills in MS Office and experience in Smart Automation Technologies (RPA, RDA, Chatbot, Power Apps, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
