Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Help Desk Technician will include:
- Providing 24/7 on-call support to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Collaborating with peers to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform process improvements
- Developing and implementing knowledge base articles to enhance self-service capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in a call center environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
