Job Description

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will lead our front desk staff and ensure that all guest interactions are exceptional. This includes processing all guest transactions, managing cash handling, and developing strategies to improve front desk efficiency and productivity. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a front office or supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel operations software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
