In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing account status and information to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions. You will negotiate payment terms and arrangements as needed and provide exceptional customer service through all channels of communication. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure accurate data entry and follow-up on all customer interactions.
