We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Manager to join our Global Support Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer incidents from initial reporting to resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, engineering, and product management, to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of VMware products and services, as well as industry-leading escalation management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, applying problem-solving skills to drive resolutions and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in incident management or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering results in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of escalation management frameworks, including ITIL, and experience with root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
