Customer Service Experience Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences by listening to their needs, responding efficiently, and resolving inquiries in accordance with guidelines and legislation. The ideal candidate will embody the Swarovski Values and Customer Experience vision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Resolve standard queries and complaints by understanding customer needs, identifying causes, selecting solutions, explaining options, escalating issues as required, and following up to ensure full resolution.
- Advise customers on product information, including size, color, stock availability, care, and promotions.
- Assist with online order information requests, such as placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in multinational contact centers handling inbound and outbound customer service.
- Fluent English speaking and writing (C1 European Framework).
- Ability to use Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Skype for Business, and basic Excel knowledge.
- Familiarity with online business preferred.
- Fast learner, adaptable to systems and processes.
- Able to handle complaints and conflicts, delivering solutions that may not align with customer preferences.
