Guest Experience Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Experience Specialist to join our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating lasting memories for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, responding to their needs and preferences.
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication among teams.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures preferred.
