We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to support our operations at the San Jose, Costa Rica GBS site. This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and plays a critical part in driving customer loyalty and sales revenue objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and meet KPI targets.
  • Coach and motivate team members to increase overall performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strong, collaborative customer relationships by ensuring correct order processing and managing escalated issues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience in customer service, inside sales, and/or supply chain with commercial exposure.
  • Order Management experience required, as well as proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office and order entry systems.
