About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Tebra. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming new customers and providing a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in software implementation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English and minimum English level B2+ CEFR oral and written.
