The position requires a high-performing resource who can provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.

Key qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2 years of call center customer support experience and advanced English language skills. Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) knowledge and advanced problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills are also required.
