We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Networking Frontline Engineering team. As a world-class customer service representative, you'll provide problem identification and resolution on Citrix ADC, utilizing your troubleshooting skills to isolate, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing problem analysis and isolating problems of minimal to moderate complexity
  • Achieving and maintaining targeted call statistics and other established goals
  • Publishing articles on technical support issues in Citrix's online knowledgebase

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of experience in a technical customer support environment or field experience
  • Familiarity with Citrix products and technologies in an Enterprise environment
