Job Description

Citi is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide front-line support for Citi's proprietary technologies.
  • Collaborate with operations, technology, and business partners to achieve common goals.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support.
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environment.
  • Experience with ETL jobs and relational databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL).
  • Strong expertise in database analysis and SQL programming.
  • Incident tracking and problem management skills.
  • ServiceNow knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools (Autosys).
