Customer Support Specialist II

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist II to join our team at Experian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to consumers through inbound calls, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and resolve complex consumer disputes, ensuring a fair and satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions, updating databases as necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Call Center experience required.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of web-based systems and PC applications.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
