Customer Support Specialist

The Straumann Group is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to dental offices and labs, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service over the phone, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Set up new accounts and maintain customer master data in SAP, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Answer incoming interactions from Straumann, Neodent, and ClearCorrect customers, resolving issues and providing basic technical support on Straumann products.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using SAP, meeting productivity and efficiency goals.
- Acknowledge, classify, and respond to customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 1+ years of experience providing customer services or support.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
