About the Role

Tebra is looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to welcome and coordinate with our customers during their initial experiences with us.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
  • Gathering requirements and preferences from new customers.
  • Scheduling kick-off calls with assigned Onboarding Managers.
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process and addressing any potential issues that may arise.

You will work closely with internal teams to leverage resources and ensure customer success.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in software implementation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English and minimum English level B2+ CEFR oral and written.
