In the Role As a Sales Recruiter on a commission per placement model you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting qualified sales professionals across various levels, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Senior Closers, and Sales Supervisors.
Your financial success will be directly tied to your ability to identify and place high-quality candidates, earning significant commission for each successful hire who completes our 1 week sales training program.
This will be an 8 month project based collaboration to significantly expand our LATAM Sales team by over 100+ sales professionals in 2025.
This position will report to the LATAM Lead Recruiter and will have a monthly base pay + commission on a per placement basis.
The target is 10-15 placements per month.
What you will do: Sales Recruiting: Identify, source, and recruit high-performing sales professionals with the experience and skills necessary to succeed in a fast-paced B2C EdTech startup environment.
Focus on high-volume recruitment for roles such as SDRs, Senior Closers, and Sales Supervisors.
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Engage directly with both active and passive candidates, presenting them with our compelling sales opportunities.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Present a shortlist of top candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed summaries and insights for each.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for each candidate, including job postings, outreach, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Ensure a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers, delivering an exceptional experience throughout.
Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales leadership team and HR department to understand the unique needs of each sales position, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and ensure a clear understanding of the role requirements.
Commission-Based Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets, with compensation based on commission per hire.

Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our mission and values while creating an attractive and engaging candidate experience.
Communicate effectively the benefits of working for our EdTech startup and how candidates can thrive in our culture.
Market Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market compensation standards, and competitive hiring practices to stay ahead in sourcing top sales talent.
What we can offer you: Base + Uncapped Commission: This role offers a monthly base $600 - $800 per month + commission per hire you place with that makes it through our 1 week sales training program.
The more placements talent you bring in, the more you earn.

Proven Experience in Recruitment : preferably in high-volume sales hiring or within the EdTech or tech space.
Recruitment Process : Strong understanding of the sales recruitment process and what makes a successful sales professional in a startup environment.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with candidates at all levels.
Self Accountable : Goal-oriented, and driven by commission-based compensation structures.
Detailed Multitasker : Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Tools & Platforms : Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM systems) is a plus.
