About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales recruiter to lead our LATAM Sales team's recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top sales talent. With a focus on high-volume recruitment, you'll identify, source, and recruit high-performing sales professionals who can thrive in our fast-paced B2C EdTech startup environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Experience in Recruitment: Preferably in high-volume sales hiring or within the EdTech or tech space.
  • Strong Understanding of Sales Recruitment Process: What makes a successful sales professional in a startup environment.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Engage, influence, and build relationships with candidates at all levels.
  • Self-Accountable: Goal-oriented, driven by commission-based compensation structures.
  • Detailed Multitasker: Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
