- Deal with clients in a professional and appropriate manner in accordance of the Company's Mission Statement, Promise of Performance and Company policy
- Develop strategies to enhance productivity or improve processes and procedures so that performance goals are met or exceeded
- Responsible for leveraging operational data and metrics to monitor team effectiveness
- Manage end to end Recruitment processes and maximize the use of our systems and technologies, ensuring effective processes- conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews, final selection process and pre-hire checks
- Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfilment of all open requisitions with quality talent
- Proactively lead updates on all open positions to the business and cultivate strong consultative relationships with hiring managers
- Establish and monitor performance against metrics.
- Coach, manage and develop the Recruitment team in a way that optimizes performance, including training and guidance to the team on strategies and best practice - Lead by example
- Prepare and deliver highlevel reporting for senior business stakeholders, noting market feedback challenges and trends
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and other internal benchmarks as appropriate.
- Ensure all processes are followed to ensure integrity of hire including background and reference checks
- Work in partnership with internal client base to forecast job requisitions and hiring needs plans
- Work with Senior Management to develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance to our company pre-hire requirements (references) and legislative requirements
- Champion company core values and other company programs to engage and motivate our employees
- Other duties as assigned
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent_
- College Diploma or equivalent in the Human Resource field, would be an asset_
Experience- Minimum 1-year's Bill Gosling Outsourcing experience in a recruitment position or equivalent work experience._- Previous leadership experience would be considered an asset_
