The Recruitment Intern will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team at Doris Peters & Asociados.
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about the recruitment process, assist in candidate sourcing, and participate in various HR-related activities.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources, eager to learn, and possess strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job vacancies on multiple platforms and social media.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Review resumes and applications, helping to screen candidates for openings.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in onboarding activities for new hires.
Support other HR projects as needed, including documentation and reporting.
Requirements Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Ability to work under pressure.
