This role involves providing exceptional customer service to luxury vehicle owners over the phone, responding to emergency situations, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a unified response. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate situational empathy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to emergency calls and follow established protocols to ensure effective resolution
- Collaborate with other agents in real-time to share information and coordinate responses
- Perform other functions related to the position
**Requirements**
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of experience working in a call center environment
- English B2+ or C1 proficiency
- French B2+ or C1 proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
