Responsibilities

  • Engage in the planning of product support or solution portfolios throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Represent services within product or solution portfolio core teams and incorporate service requirements into various product development stages.
  • Utilize understanding of customer business requirements to develop business cases and demonstrate services added value.
  • Influence customer assessment, planning, and management of network projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate across regions, geographies, and global teams to implement innovative services and solutions.
  • Solve complex problems with a fresh perspective and manage projects independently.
  • Lead moderate to high complexity projects and deliver professionally written reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Methodology, Analytics, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
