The Job Description
As a Technical Support Associate: Customer Experience, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues using various communication channels (chat, email, MS Teams). You will also provide concierge-level care to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with back-office teams to handle escalations and complex issues
- Learn and master new technologies and platforms, including Microsoft 365 and other industry-leading tools
- Growth opportunities within Kyndryl, including leadership roles, further education and technical positions
