We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Support organization, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advocacy and guidance to customers on cloud infrastructure, systems administration, networking, DevOps, compute, storage, database, big data analytics, application-level services, serverless applications development, and distributed systems environments.
- Analyze customer issues and develop actionable recommendations to resolve complex problems.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
About You
- You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- You possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, systems administration, networking, DevOps, compute, storage, database, big data analytics, application-level services, serverless applications development, and distributed systems environments.
- You are able to communicate effectively in English within technical and business settings.
