Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Engineer to support our Citrix Cloud customers' adoption and implementation plans. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud services and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities- Being the Citrix Authority supporting customer adoption and implementation plans.
- Driving the quickest time to value within subscription product entitlements.
- Mid-level knowledge of the OSI model, DNS, DHCP, Web Proxies and SSL VPNs.
