Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Advocate to join our Ultra-Fast-Fresh Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Amazon US Grocery Delivery business and its verticals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Improving sourceability and buyability of Fresh and PrimeNow selection by analyzing drivers and resolving underlying issues
  • Scheduling marketing campaigns and monitoring price changes in systems
  • Maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will work closely with vendor, instock, and marketing managers, as well as distribution, selection, and pricing teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
